Bayonet Dry Disconnect Adapter, 3" Aluminum, Viton®

Dixon Bayonet dry disconnect fittings are specially designed to provide spill-less transfer of petroleum products, such as fuels and oils, during commercial custody transfer or truck/rail car offload. The design of these 3" bayonet dry break adapters includes aluminum bodies with stainless steel springs, anodized aluminum poppet valves, and Viton® seals. When in use, these aluminum bayonet dry break adapters ensure a spill-free connection—fluid cannot flow until couplings are connected and the valve is open. Once open, the adapter and coupler cannot be disconnected until the valve handle is closed, helping eliminate the possibility of costly spills caused by accidental uncoupling.
