    Why do I have to Sign In?


    • Dultmeier Sales is a Business to Business Wholesale Distributor. In order to place orders on you will need to Register your company and sign in to place an order.
    • Signing in immediately identifies you in our system and allows us to expedite your order.
    • You will be able to charge to your open account if you have one.
    • Your account information will be pre-filled upon checking out.
    • We can provide you with a consolidated order history.



    How do I Register?


    New Customers: If you are new to Dultmeier Sales and have never placed an order on or over the phone with a Dultmeier Sales rep, go here to Register your company.

    Existing Customers: If you have ordered from Dultmeier Sales before but have never ordered on you will need to go here to Register your existing account. Your will need to have your Customer ID to Register.



    I can't find the item I'm looking for. What should I do?

    How does Quick Order work?


    Quick Order is for use by customers who know their Dultmeier part numbers and are ready to order. Just enter the Dultmeier part number and quantity you require and click add to cart. You can also upload an Excel spreadsheet with the Dultmeier part number and quantities required. Click on "Import" and you will see an option to download a sample Excel file that shows how you need to format the file. Just download the sample file and add your parts and quantities and save. On the Quick Order page, click "Import" again to select your Excel file and import the data. Then click "Add to Cart".



    I am not receiving emails from


    First please check your email program's spam or junk folder for emails from You can prevent valid emails from ending up in the spam or junk folders by adding as a contact in your email application.

    If you continue to have problems, please Contact Us so we may check the email we have on file for you.

    When you place an order with Dultmeier Sales you should receive two emails, the first is a summary of the order you placed with us, the second is a confirmation that your order has been shipped. Shipping confirmation emails for orders that have shipped via UPS will usually contain tracking information.

    Shipping Help

    How much will it cost to ship my order?


    You may receive a freight estimate during checkout. If you do not receive a rate, one of our sales representatives will review your order and calculate an estimate of shipping costs based on the size and weights of your items. If we find that an item is going to incur unusual shipping costs (heavy or very large items) we will contact you to notify you of the shipping costs before we proceed with the order. Please make sure you have provided a valid phone number that we can reach you at.

    Note: If you would like a firm freight quote or require a lift gate at the time of delivery or other special requirements, please note what you need in the special instructions box at the time of checkout or contact us.

    • Most Items that are under 70 lbs. will ship UPS.
    • Items over 70 lbs., such as motors and engines will generally ship LTL.

    *Exclusions apply. Dultmeier Sales' FREE FREIGHT PROGRAM is for supplies, repair parts and whole goods. Tanks, pipe, sprayers and other large equipment are not included in this program. Applies to Continental U.S. ground shipments only. Please call 1-888-677-5054 for details!



    How can I track an order?


    If we have a valid email address on file for you, at the time your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email that will display a link to your shipment's tracking. Shipments by truck or drop shipments may not display tracking numbers in the shipping confirmation email. Click here if you are not receiving shipping confirmations to your email address.



    Do you ship on weekends and holidays?


    Dultmeier ships Monday through Friday only. Dultmeier does not ship product on the following days: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Friday after Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. If a National Holiday listed above falls on a weekend, Dultmeier will be closed the Friday prior to the weekend.

    Where do I find my Customer ID / Account Number


    If you have ordered from Dultmeier previously, your Customer ID Number can be found on Shipping Confirmation Emails, Invoices and Packing Lists. If we have mailed you a catalog, your customer number may be on the back outside cover. Otherwise, please call our Customer Service Team at 1-888-677-5054 between 7.30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Central Standard Time, Monday - Friday, we are happy to help!

    New customers on are assigned a customer number during the registration process.



    How do I apply for an Open Account with Dultmeier Sales?


    To apply for a credit account please fill out and submit a Commercial Account Application. Our Accounting department will review and get in touch with you. Please allow 1-2 business days.

    Please note that you may always order any time by using your credit card.



    What should I do if I forget my password?


    Go to the Password Recovery page. Enter your email address and you will receive a link to reset your password.



    How do I change my password?


    Once you have signed in, go to your Account and click on "Change Password" on the left side navigation.

    If I don't own a business - will you still sell to me?


    To protect our distributor network, Dultmeier only sells to other businesses.



    How do I return an item(s)?
