Keckley Wafer-Style, Cast Iron, Body Double Disc Check Valves are produced by the investment casting process. Valves listed below are ANSI 125lb (cast iron) class, but 150lb and 300lb (ductile iron, steel or stainless steel) rated check valve options are available. The Style DD check valves can be installed in both vertical and horizontal applications (Call for all downward vertical flow installations). The Keckley cast iron wafer double disc check valve has pin retainer holes in the body. Plugs are inserted into the retainer holes to hold the hinge pin and stop in place (Retainerless check valves are available in bronze, carbon steel, stainless steel, and other specialty cast alloys).
