Manual pressure relief valves from Spraying Systems are designed to bypass excess liquid within the supply line. Each piston pressure relief valve can be manually adjusted to maintain control of line pressures at any pressure within the valve's operating range. These piston relief valves feature brass bodies, Buna gaskets, and stainless-steel springs responsive to set pressures. A special inner rib construction provides flushing action around the shut-off piston and springs.

These 1/2" pressure relief valves offer chemical compatibility for products compatible with brass and Buna materials. They feature extra-large valve passages to handle full flows from the supply line. A positive locking nut ensures any adjustments are held firmly in place and not affected by vibration or jarring. Pressure relief valves feature 1/2" NPT ports and a maximum pressure rating of 300 PSI.
