Quick Chem-Mix System, LESS Inductor, 3 Product Valves

Dultmeier Quick Chem-Mix System with 3 product valves and no venturi inductor assembly. 

Quick Chem-Mix systems are available without an inductor assembly. These units are designed to be used with an already existing cone bottom tank with an inductor. The outlet of the Quick Chem-Mix system is plumbed into a “tee” fitting between the cone bottom tank outlet and the inductor assembly inlet. This same setup can be used on the suction side of a centrifugal pump. In this scenario, the pump creates the suction to make the system work.

QUICK CHEM-MIX Accessories:

• DUCHEM-VK Valve adder kit, includes 1-inch ball valves, 1-inch flanged elbow, flange clamp, and gasket
• DUTOTE-RINSE Plumbing kit to rinse hoses from chemical totes to the CHEM-MIX manifold valve
• DU1A30-CHEM Cone bottom tank with valve and elbow on the bottom for use with DUCHEM-MIX units with inductors included

Note: Using pump suction will require another pump/water source for the rinse water. Suction flow rates vary depending on the thickness and viscosity of the fluid. Fluids like atrazine need to be thoroughly agitated.
