Steel Backed SMV / Slow Moving Vehicle Sign "ASAE"

Slow moving vehicles (SMV) signs are specifically designed to provide greater visibility of farm machinery and other slow-moving vehicles as they travel along public roadways. SMV signs are a florescent orange triangle boarded by reflective red bars that warn other road users that the vehicle the sign is mounted to is travelling at a slower speed.

This SMV sign is mounted on a galvanized steel backing, allowing greater versatility when mounting the sign onto a vehicle or piece of machinery. These steel SMV signs feature the new SMV design (ASAE 276.8) recommended by the ASAE (American Society of Agricultural Engineers) in which new reflective material can be seen at greater distances. Reflective up to 1,000 ft. Some states require this SMV "ASAE" design. Please check your State Codes.
